Olivia received her professional culinary diploma at Leith’s School of Food and Wine. After training at one of her fathers restaurants in London, her passion for modern Japanese cuisine lead her to work at Zuma in Knightsbridge and then on to Australia to work for the famous Japanese chef Tetsuya Wakuda. Olivia returned, inspired and stimulated to create a service where she could share her passion for beautifully presented, innovative food of the highest quality.
Sarah Wrenn is from North Carolina where she gained much of her experience in the service industry. She moved to London in 2007 and worked for Brinkley’s Restaurants. Sarah is a perfectionist when it comes to service and therefore an ideal Event Director for OB Events.
Lucy has a background of managing high end catering and events on private yachts all over the world. She oversees events to ensure that they are delivered to the excellent standard that is required by OB Events.
