Last Saturday (21st April) OB Events provided the catering for a benefit in aid of Zamcog and MTV’s Staying Alive Foundation, an AIDS charity. It was organised by Quintessentially Events and held at The Box nightclub in Soho, London. 300 guests attended. Olivia Brinkley provided the catering for the event in 2011 and was asked back to do another standing supper for the Event this year.
The theme was ‘Mad Hatters Tea Party.’ There was dancing, silent auctions, ‘revealing raffles’, Alice in Wonderland entertainment and of course, the ridiculously naughty infamous Box show. OB Events provided bowl food such as Chargrilled Sirloin Steak with Blistered Padron Peppers, Creamy Ponzu Sauce and Crispy Fried Shallots.
On the night they raised £100,000 which will help both the MTV Staying Alive Foundation and Zamcog in their crucial work to fight HIV and AIDS and to educate children and young people in Zambia. “Once again, Olivia Brinkley Events provided excellent food for 270 guests at our Mad Hatter’s Tea Party fundraiser at The Box. I would highly recommend Olivia for anyone wanting to serve quality and delicious food at their event.”
